Normally when you see the words “free” and “backlinks” together you automatically think it’s some sort of scam or blackhat method. Well, this method is 100% whitehat, easy and best of all – free! It may seem very obvious once you’ve read this, but I will guarantee that a lot of you won’t have done this simple, yet effective trick.

This is really simple, ask your suppliers to place a link to you on their website. You will probably find that most of your suppliers have a directory of stockists.

The most effective method for doing this is to speak to your normal contact at the company and simply say that as a stockist of theirs, you would appreciate a link on their website. It’s also a good idea to include the HTML code they will need to use.

Using just this simple, quick and free method, you will be surprised how many high PR backlinks you will pick up.
